Effective Home Remedies for Hair Fall

1.Aloe Vera

You need

  • A leaf of aloe vera plant

How to use

  1. Extract the pulp from the leaf and keep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
  2. Then apply this to your scalp and hair.
  3. Make sure your hair is washed.
  4. Massage the gel on your scalp in circular motion.
  5. Leave it for 5 to 2 hours as per your wish.

Frequency

Do this thrice a week.

Aloe vera is used for ages for so many scalp problems. Aloe vera balances the ph level of the skin and make hair stronger.




2.Amla

You need

  • 4-5 Amla fruit or Indian gooseberry
  • 1 cup of coconut oil

How to use

  • Boil the dried amla with coconut oil until it gets black.
  • Cool it down at room temperature.
  • Massage your scalp with this oil in the circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Leave it for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Wash it with the shampoo of your choice.

Frequency

Do this twice a week.

3.Fenugreek

You need

  • 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds
  • 4 tbsp of yogurt
  • 1 egg

How to use

  • Soak 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds overnight and make a paste in the morning.
  • Add some yogurt and egg and blend them.
  • Apply this paste on your scalp and hair.
  • If you are not comfortable with egg or yogurt then make fenugreek oil by boiling them in coconut oil.
  • Leave the paste for 20 minutes and leave the oil for 1 hour.

4.Onion juice 

You need

  • 1 onion
  • Cotton ball

How to use

  • Grate 1 onion and extract all the juice with the help of a strainer.

  • Massage with your fingertips for 5 minutes and leave it for 30 minutes.

Frequency

You need

  • 2 eggs
