1. Orange juice scrub

You will need
2/3 tbsp Orange juice
3/4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey

Procedure

1) Take all the ingredients and mix them well.
2) Exfoliate your face gently and wash with water.

How often

Do it twice a week.

Why it works

Orange juice moisture and brightens the skin. It minimizes open pores.

2. Orange peel scrub

You will need
1 tbsp orange peel powder
1 table honey
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

Procedure

1) Take orange peel powder and turmeric powder.
2)  Add honey to it and make a paste of thick consistency.
3) Gently massage this on your face and neck for 2 to 3 mins and wash it with water.

How often

Two to three times a week and you’ll see results after a few weeks.


Why does this work

This scrub is really effective.  Orange peels exfoliate and eliminate excess oil from the skin.

3. Strawberry scrub

You will need
ripe strawberries
2 tbsp oats
1/2 tbsp lime juice

Procedure

1) Take strawberries and oats, and blend them.
2) Add lime juice and make a fine paste.
3) Exfoliate the skin in a circular motion and wash it with cold water.

How often

Once a week.

Why does this work

Strawberries remove dead skin gently and lighten the skin. It also reduces open pores.

4. Banana oats scrub

You will need
1 ripe Banana
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oats

Procedure

1) Mash the banana using a fork.
2) Add the remaining ingredients to it and blend it.
3) Gently massage this on the skin in a circular motion and wash it off.

How often

Twice a week.

Why does this work

Banana exfoliates the skin. It also helps in removing blackheads. Milk hydrates and makes skin soft.

5. Apple scrub

You will need
1 Apple
2tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp lemon

Procedure

1) Cut the apple into small pieces and blend them.
2) Add yogurt, and lemon juice and mix all the ingredients.
3) Apply it to the face with your fingertips and massage it.
4) Wash it with water.


How often

Once a week.

Why does this work

Apple contains vitamin A and C. This pack absorbs excess oil and minimizes large pores. Yogurt helps in moisturizing skin.

6. Apple oatmeal scrub

You will need
Half  apple
1 tablespoon oatmeal
one tbsp cornmeal
1 tbsp honey
2-3 walnuts
2 tbsp sugar

Procedure

1) Take oatmeal, cornmeal, and walnut and grind them together.
2) Add apple pulp, honey, and sugar to it and blend it.
3) Mix it all together.
4) Massage gently on the face and wash it off

How often

Two to three times a month.

Why does this work

Apple moisture skin and hydrates it. Oatmeal and cornmeal exfoliate the skin.

7. Papaya scrub

You will need
Ripe papaya
1 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure 

1) Mash the papaya and add lemon juice.
2) Mix it and massage it in a circular motion.
3) Wash it with cold water.

How often

Twice a week.

Why does this work

Papaya exfoliate and moisturize skin.

8. Kiwi scrub

You will need
1 kiwi fruit
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Procedure

1)  Take the pulp of kiwi fruit.
2) Add sugar and olive oil to it and mix it well.
3) Apply it on the face in a circular motion all over the face for about 2 mins.
4) Wash it gently with water.

How often

One to two times per week.

Why does this work

Kiwi has antioxidant properties and helps acne-prone oily skin. It also moisturizes the skin.

You will need
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp olive oil

1)  Take lemon juice, olive oil, and sugar.
2) Mix them together.

Why does this work

Lemon lightens the skin and reduces excessive oil.

You will need
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Walnut
1 tbsp Honey

Procedure

1) Make powder of walnut.
2) Add lemon juice and honey, and make a thick paste.
3) Massage your face gently for 2 to 3 mins and wash it off with cold water.

How often

Twice a week.

Why does this work

Lemon helps in reducing blemishes and excess oil. Walnut makes skin soft and smooth.
