Monsoon Face Pack

1.Oatmeal and Egg Pack

You need

  • 3 tsp oatmeal
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • Honey 1 Tsp
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

How to use

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  • Make sure it will turn into a smooth paste.
  • Apply this on your face and neck.
  • Keep it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Wash with tap water.

Frequency

Apply this pack twice a week.

Why?

Oatmeal helps to exfoliate the skin and nourish it well. Egg white makes skin clean and smooth.




2.Fuller’s Earth Face Pack

You need

  • 1 tbsp Fuller’s earth
  • Rosewater

How to use

  • In a bowl take Fuller’s earth and add rose water in it.
  • Mix them well to get a smooth paste.
  • It should be thick enough to apply properly.
  • Apply on the face and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
  • Wash it off with normal water.

Frequency

Use this once a week if you have dry skin and twice a week if you have oily or combination skin.

Why?

Fuller’s earth provides clear and oil-free skin in the harsh weather. It cools down the skin’s burning sensation. Fuller earth has many more benefits for the skin.

3.Besan and Lemon Face Pack

You need

  • 1 tsp Besan
  • 2-3 drops of lemon juice
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Rosewater

How to use

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl one by one.
  • Make a smooth paste by adding rose water.
  • Apply this paste on your face and neck for 10-15 minutes.
  • Wash your face with tap water.

Frequency

Use this twice a week.

Why?

Besan or gram flour will cleanse the face and make it oil-free. Lemon acts as a bleaching agent that lightens the skin.

4.Fresh Fruit Face Pack

You need

  • A piece of banana
  • Apple, peach, and strawberry. (or any other fruit of your choice).

How to use

  • Mash all the fruits very well.
  • Add honey and some rose water in it.
  • You can also add milk to it.
  • Apply it on your face and neck.
  • Keep it for 10-12 minutes. Wash it off with cool water.

Frequency

Use this once a week.

Why?

Fresh fruits provide natural nourishment and glow to the skin. Fruits help to tighten and brighten the skin.

5.Sandalwood Face Pack

You need

  • 1 tbsp sandalwood powder
  • ¼ cup rose water
  • ½ turmeric powder

How to use

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Make a thick and smooth paste.
  • Apply on the face for about 30 minutes.
  • Wash off with cool water.

Frequency

Apply this once or twice a week.

Why?

Sandalwood helps to cool down the skin and lighten it. It also brightens the skin and gives a glow.




6.Banana and Mint Face Pack 

You need

  • The half piece of banana
  • A handful of mint leaves

How to use

  • Grind the mint leaves and make a paste-like consistency.
  • Mash half of the banana.
  • Mix both the ingredients and make the smooth paste.
  • Apply it on the face for 10 minutes.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.

Frequency

Apply this once a week.

Why?

Banana has antioxidants in it. It nourishes the skin and makes it glowy. Mint leaves fight with the bacteria on the skin and prevents a pimple from spreading all over the face.

7.Rice flour and Curd Face Pack 

You need

  • 2 tbsp rice flour and curd.

How to use

  • Mix rice flour with an adequate amount of curd to make a paste-like consistency.
  • Apply this on the face for about 10 minutes.
  • Before washing the face scrub it a little gently.
  • Now wash your face with normal water.

Frequency

Use this twice a week.

Rice flour acts as an excellent substitute for any harsh scrub. It will remove oil and dirt from the face. Curd soothes the skin and provides the nourishment and makes it glow from within.

8.Egg White and Honey Face Pack

You need

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp honey

How to use

  • Mix egg white with honey and make it a paste.
  • Apply this on your face.
  • Keep it on the face until it gets dry properly.
  • Wash it off with cool water.

Frequency

Apply this once a week.

Why?

Egg white has astringent properties which shrink the pores by tightening the skin. Honey is a natural antibacterial that treats the problem of acne.

9.Almond and Avocado Face Pack

You need

  • 5-7 almonds
  • 4 tbsp milk cream
  • 1 mashed avocado

How to use

  • Make a fine paste by mixing all the ingredients.
  • Apply this on the face and neck for 20 minutes.
  • To wipe this use a cotton cloth dipped in raw milk.
  • Wash your face with cool water and apply a moisturizer.

Frequency

Use this once a week.

Almonds help in removing scars and whiten your skin. Almonds also control excessive oil. Avocados are rich in vitamins, antioxidants and good fats which fights with acne and pimple.

10.Radish and Lemon Face Pack

You need

  • Half radish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

How to use

  • Grate half of the radish and add lemon juice to it. Mix them well.
  • Keep it for 10 minutes on your face and neck.
  • Before washing it massage it in the circular motion.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.

Frequency

Use this once a month.

Why?

Radish and Lemon both work as a bleaching agent. Both the ingredients will lighten your skin and also tighten the skin.




11.Cucumber and Rosewater Face Pack

You need

  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • Half grated cucumber

How to use

  • Mix rose water in the grated cucumber.
  • Apply this mask on the face for 15-20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes gently rub this mixture with fingers in a circular motion.
  • Wash it off with cool water.

Frequency

Use this twice a week.

12.Green Tea Face Pack

You need

  • 2 tbsp green tea
  • 1 tbsp yogurt

  • Apply this paste on your face for 10 minutes.
  • Wash your face with cool water.

  • Keep this for 10-12 minutes.

You need

  • ½ cucumber pulp
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • lemon juice 1tsp

  • Keep for 10-15 minutes.
