What cause acne?
Acne can be caused by excessive sebum production and clogged pores. Mostly acne occurs due to disturbance in hormonal levels. Acne breakouts are very common.
How can I get even skin tone?
 An uneven skin tone is caused by an uneven distribution of melanin in skin. Sun exposure and hormonal changes can contribute in uneven skin. There are few serums, creams or moisturizers, especially those that contain vitamin C, can help to even out your skin tone. Uneven skin tone can also occurs due to deposition of dead skin cells. There is very simple solution for this problem, you just need to exfoliate your skin regularly.
What is my skin type?
Best time to judge your skin type is in the morning. When you wake up just look into mirror. If you are seeing shininess on your face or you are feeling greasiness on face it means you have oily skin type. If you feel dryness and itchiness on face than you mostly have dry skin type. Press in just middle of your eyebrows, if skin gets a red patch instantly it means your skin is sensitive too.
Do I really need to use sunscreen every day?
Definitely yes. If you care about your skin. Sunscreen helps in decreasing the risk of skin cancer and other negative effect including fine lines, freckles and wrinkles.

What should be frequency of doing shampoo?
Normally it is recommended to wash your hair at least once a week. But due to pollution, climate and various hair products it is a necessity to wash hair at least twice or thrice per week. Daily washing hair can definitely cause some damages if you didn’t follow proper procedures and products.
How can I grow my hair faster?
There are both internal and external factors that matters a lot in hair growth like hormonal change, over processing, excessive heat styling and many more. You have to prevent your hair from the problems like spilt ends, harsh chemicals.  Always use heat protector before using  any styling tool. Trimming few cm of hair in every 2-3 months will make your hair grow faster.
Does deep conditioning is important?
Deep conditioning provides more intense moisturization to hair. It restores natural oils of hair and hair becomes more shiny and soft. It also hydrates the hair.
What can I do for dry and dull hair?
Dry hair can be a happen due to diet, genetics, climate and overall general health condition. Dry hair can be result of chemical treatment. You must use some hydrating conditioner and hair packs.

What is proper sequence of applying makeup?
Always start with your eyes. Once you done with your eye makeup than go for foundation. It is always better to be on a safer side. Because you don’t want to wipe out your foundation just because of shadow fallout or any eye makeup mistake. Lips are always last.
If I have just 5 minutes to get ready, what should I do and what should I skip?
A little concealer under eyes make your eyes look more awake. Than just apply mascara and you are done with eyes.  Now all you need is a bright lipstick on your lips and you are ready to go.
What is very common makeup mistake that women over 40 commit and what should do instead?
Just don’t wear too much shimmer and glitter. Go for more towards matt finish looks. Besides, mistakes in makeup can happen at any age.

 First, let me tell you its a myth.  There is no such exercise in the world that will take excess body fat off any particular area of your body. You will  lose weight all over the body in equal amounts.
